摘要
目的 研究细节护理对妇科腹腔镜术后病患并发症发生情况的影响。方法 选择2017年9月-2019年8月在本院施行妇科腹腔镜手术的86例患者入组研究,使用随机数字法将全部研究对象分成试验组和参照组,每组43名,参照组施行普通护理方法,试验组施行细节护理,对比两组患者护理前后的焦虑和抑郁评分以及生活质量(SF-36)量表评分,记录患者并发症情况与患者对护理的满意度情况。结果 护理前两组焦虑和抑郁评分对比差异不显著(P>0.05);两组患者经不同护理后,试验组患者的焦虑和抑郁评分均低于参照组(P<0.05)。与参照组对比,试验组病患手术之后并发症的发生概率明显下降(P<0.05)。生活质量评分护理前对比著差(P>0.05);两组患者经不同护理后,试验组患者的生活质量评分高于参照组(P<0.05)。试验组患者的护理满意度高于参照组(P<0.05)。结论 对妇科腹腔镜手术患者采用细节护理,可以很好地提高患者的生活质量,减少患者出现不良症状的概率,提高患者的护理满意度,改善患者的心理状态,值得临床大力推广运用。
Objective To study effect of detail nursing on postoperative complications of gynecological laparoscopic surgery.Methods The paper chose 86 patients with gynecological laparoscopic surgery in our hospital from September 2017 to August 2019 enrolled in study,and divided them into two groups by random number method,experitment group and reference group,with 43 cases in each group.Reference group was treated with general nursing methods,experiment group with detail nursing.Anxiety and depression scores as well as life quality(SF-36)scale scores were compared between two groups before and after nursing,complications and satisfaction degree with nursing of patients were recorded.Results Anxiety and depression scores were significantly lower before nursing(P>0.05);after different nursing,anxiety and depression scores of experiment group were lower than control group(P<0.05).Incidence of postoperative complications of experiment group decreased more significantly than control group,(P<0.05).Life quality scores were significantly lower before nursing(P>0.05);after different nursing,life quality scores of experiment group were higher than control group(P<0.05).Nursing satisfaction degree of experiment group weres higher than control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Detail nursing can improve life quality,reduce incidence of adverse symptoms,improve nursing satisfaction degree and psychological status of patients with gynecological laparoscopic surgery,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
