摘要
目的 探讨可视音乐联合家庭康复干预对语言发育迟缓患儿的影响。方法 选取在本院治疗的语言发育迟缓患儿104例,随机均分为两组,对照组予常规康复训练,研究组在此基础上予可视音乐联合家庭康复干预,比较两组的临床疗效和构音障碍评分。结果 研究组治疗总有效率高于对照组;研究组Frenchay构音障碍评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 可视音乐联合家庭康复干预可使语言发育迟缓患儿的构音障碍评分提高,改善临床疗效。
Objective To explore effect of visual music combined with family rehabilitation intervention for children with language retardation.Methods The paper chose 104 children with language retardation treated in our hospital,and divided them into two groups randomly.Control group was treated with routine rehabilitation training,and study group with visual music combined with family rehabilitation intervention on the basis.Clinical effect and dysarthria scores between two groups was compared.Results Total effective rate of study group was higher than control group;Frenchay dysarthria scores of study group were higher than control group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion Visual music combined with family rehabilitation intervention can improve dysarthria scores of children with language retardation and improve clinical effect.
