摘要 磁共振成像(MRI)去金属伪影技术是专业用于减少金属伪影的成像技术,能够显示金属植入术后患者体内的假体结构信息,提高骨关节及周围软组织病变的检测能力,为临床术后疗效评估及制订个体化治疗方案提供依据。根据相关文献,就近年新发展起来的三点法非对称回波水脂分离技术(IDEAL)、视角倾斜技术(VAT)、层面编码金属伪影矫正技术(SEMAC)、多采集与可变谐图像结合技术(MAVRIC)等新方法在临床中研究进展进行综述,并总结目前使用过程中存在的问题。 Metal artifact reduction technology in magnetic resonance imaging(MRI)is a professional imaging technology used to reduce metal artifacts,which can display the information of prosthesis structure in patients after metal implantation,improve the detection ability of bone and joint and surrounding soft tissue lesions,and provide the basis for clinical post-operative therapeutic efficacy evaluation and individualized treatment scheme.The clinical research progress of innovations in recent years is reviewed by the author through reference to related literatures,such as iterative decomposition of with echo asymmetry and least-squares estimation(IDEAL),view angle tilting(VAT),slice encoding for metal artifact correction(SEMAC),multiple-acquisition with variable resonances image combination(MAVRIC),and the existing problems in the current application process are summarized.
