摘要 目的:构建基于系统管理理论的临床医疗设备警报管理模式,探讨其在医疗设备警报管理中的应用效果。方法:基于人员、设备及环境等维度制定系统管理目标、技术支持措施、工作组织结构和质量评价方法,构建医疗设备警报管理模式。选取医院临床在用的126台医疗设备,按照管理方法不同,将采用传统管理模式进行警报安全风险控制的设备纳入对照组,将采用警报管理模式进行控制的设备纳入观察组。自制调研问卷评估部门协作效率,对比不同管理模式医护人员的警报管理能力和警报风险控制效果。结果:观察组设备使用相关医护人员的警报知识、责任意识评分和应答效率分别为(86.01±4.48)分、(87.89±4.14)分和(94.51±3.69)%,均高于对照组,虚假报警为(2.57±1.43)%,低于对照组,其差异有统计学意义(t=4.034,t=5.095,t=5.859,t=5.724;P<0.05);观察组设备使用中相关部门协作的管理制度、人员配合、沟通效率和管理效果满意度分别为(94.25±3.21)%、(95.71±2.42)%、(94.33±3.06)%和(92.16±5.27)%,均高于对照组,其差异有统计学意义(t=7.367,t=7.227,t=5.737,t=4.789;P<0.05);观察组设备的警报阈值合格率和设备维护合格率分别为(97.55±2.90)%和(95.03±3.95)%,均高于对照组,警报静音率为(2.07±1.14)%,低于对照组,其差异有统计学意义(t=5.160,t=3.075,t=6.014;P<0.05)。结论:基于系统管理理论的临床医疗设备警报管理模式能够从多维角度分析警报管理中存在的问题,为部门协作和职责优化提供依据,提高警报安全控制质量。 Objective:To construct an alarm management mode of clinical medical equipment based on the theory of system management,and to explore its application effect in the management of equipment alarm.Methods:The medical equipment alarm management mode for system management objectives,technical support measures,work organization structure and quality evaluation methods was developed from the dimensions of personnel,equipment and environment.126 sets of medical equipment in clinical use in hospitals were selected,and according to different management methods,the equipment adopted the traditional management mode for alarm safety risk control was included in the control group,and the equipment adopted the medical equipment alarm management mode for alarm safety risk control was included in the observation group.Self-designed questionnaire was used to evaluate the efficiency of department collaboration,and the alarm management capabilities and alarm risk control effect of medical staff in different management modes were compared.Results:The alarm knowledge,responsibility awareness and response efficiency of the equipment-related medical staff in the observation group were(86.01±4.48)points,(87.89±4.14)points and(94.51±3.69)%,respectively,which were higher than those in the control group,the false alarm was(2.57±1.43)%,which was lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(t=4.034,t=5.095,t=5.859,t=5.724;P<0.05).The satisfaction of the management system,personnel cooperation,communication efficiency and management effect of equipmentrelated departments in the observation group were(94.25±3.21)%,(95.71±2.42)%,(94.33±3.06)%and(92.16±5.27)%,respectively,which were higher than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(t=7.367,t=7.227,t=5.737,t=4.789;P<0.05).The alarm threshold qualified rate and maintenance qualified rate of the equipment in the observation group were(97.55±2.90)%and(95.03±3.95)%,respectively,which were higher than those in the control
