5.5万t/a异丙醇工艺换热网络优化

摘要 针对5.5万t/a异丙醇工艺,采用夹点技术和Aspenplus软件,在对生产工艺能耗进行分析的基础上对换热网络进行优化,并采用热泵技术,进一步对其进行集成和优化。此优化结果节省公用工程5402.2 kW,公用工程能量节省了37.9%,最小热公用工程消耗为3477.1 kW,最小冷公用工程消耗为5363.2 kW,换热单元数由原来的22个减少为17个,降低了设备投资。 The heat exchange network of the 55000 t/a isopropanol process was optimized by pinch technology and Aspenplus based on the analysis of production process energy consumption.The heat exchange network was further integrated and optimized with the help of heat pump technology.The optimization results showed that 5402.2 kW of utilities were saved and the energy recovery ratio was 37.9%,including 3477.1 kW of minimum thermal utilities and 5363.2 kW of minimum cold utilities.The number of heat exchange units was reduced from 22 to 17,leading to the decrease in equipment investment.
