摘要
三聚氰胺及其类似物非法添加于奶制品已严重威胁人们的身体健康,特别是婴幼儿。长期摄入低剂量的三聚氰胺有导致损伤肾小管、增加结石形成和早期肾损伤的风险。近年来,科学家们提出了许多三聚氰胺检测方法应用于奶制品的检测,为确保奶制品的安全问题提供技术支持,特别是婴幼儿配方奶粉。本文对奶制品中三聚氰胺的检测方法进行了总结和评论,以了解其适用性和未来的研究方向。
The illegal adulteration of dairy products with melamine and its analogues has seriously threatened people's health,especially infants and young children.Long-term exposure to low-dose melamine can cause renal tubular damage,increase the risk of stone formation and early kidney damage,and the impact of the melamine incident in 2008 on food safety in our country has not yet been eliminated,which requires scientific and effective detection technology to ensure the safety and quality of dairy products.In recent years,scientists have proposed many detection methods for melamine in dairy products to provide technical support for ensuring the safety of dairy products,especially infant formula.In this review,we summarize and comment on melamine detection methods to understand their applicability and future research directions.
