摘要
双层探测器光谱CT独有的双层探测器设计使其在能量检查方面具有同时、同源、同向的特征,每次扫描均能同步能量分离得到常规CT数据和光谱数据,并通过不同光谱后处理技术分析心肌信息。本文对双层探测器光谱CT在量化细胞外容积评估心肌组织学特性方面的研究进展进行综述,旨在提高对这种技术的认识。
The unique dual-layer spectral detector CT design has the characteristics of simultaneous,homologous,and homotropic energy examination,which can lead to obtain conventional CT data and spectral base images in each scan synchronized,in the meanwhile,analyzing different spectral post-processing techniques to get myocardial information.The research reviewing the progress of research on the use of duallayer spectral detector CT in the quantification of extracellular volumes to assess the histological properties of myocardium,with the aim of improving the understanding of this technique.
