玛湖凹陷砂砾岩地层抗钻特性预测及钻头优选 被引量:3

Prediction of Anti-Drilling Properties and Bit Selection for Glutenite Formations in Mahu Sag

摘要 针对玛湖区块百口泉组砂砾岩地层岩性复杂、钻头选型困难和钻井效率低的问题,选取该区块典型的砂砾岩岩样,开展了砂砾岩抗钻特性参数室内试验测试。通过对试验结果的数理统计分析,建立了基于测井资料的砂砾岩地层抗钻特性参数预测模型,绘制了玛湖区块砂砾岩抗钻特性参数剖面,分析了百口泉组地层抗钻特性参数的分布规律,并综合砂砾岩地层抗钻参数、比能法、机械钻速法和因子分析法开展了钻头优选和现场应用。研究与应用结果表明,玛湖百口泉组砂砾岩地层可钻性波动大,软硬交错显著,非均质性强,推荐选用具有高抗冲击抗磨损的MDI513和MSI613这2种PDC钻头,与邻井相比平均机械钻速分别提高30%和35%以上,钻头进尺分别提高14%和8%以上。所得结果可为类似于玛湖凹陷百口泉组的砂砾岩地层钻头优选提供参考。 For the lithologically complex glutenite formations of the Baikouquan Formation in the Mahu Sag,bit selection is difficult and drilling efficiency is low.Typical glutenite samples were taken from this area for laboratory experiments on anti-drilling properties.Based on the mathematical statistical analysis of the experimental results,the parameter prediction models for anti-drilling properties of glutenite formations were established by using well logging data,the vertical section of anti-drilling parameters of glutenite formations of the Baikouquan Formation in the Mahu Sag was plotted,the distribution of anti-drilling parameters of the Baikouquan Formation was analyzed,and the bit selection and field application were carried out by integrating anti-drilling parameters,the specific energy,ROP(rate of penetration)and factor analysis.The results show that the glutenites of the Baikouquan Formation in the Mahu Sag have variable drillability,alternating of soft and hard layers,and high heterogeneity.It is recommended to use two types of PDC bits(MDI513 and MSI613)featuring high impact resistance and wear resistance.Compared with the average ROP of offset wells,the average ROP enhances by more than 35%and 30%,and the drilling footage increases by more than 14%and 8%,respectively.The findings of this research provide references for bit selection for glutenite formations similar to those of the Baikouquan Formation in the Mahu Sag.
