氨基硅烷-蒙脱土/SBS改性沥青与改性集料的黏附性能 被引量:3

Adhesion Performance of Aminosilane-Montmorillonite/SBS Modified Asphalt and Modified Aggregate

摘要 沥青路面的水损害缩短了路面的使用寿命,提高沥青的黏聚力和沥青与集料之间的黏附性可有效改善水损害.采用3-氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷(KH550)改性蒙脱土(NH_(2)-MMT),以增强苯乙烯-丁二烯-苯乙烯嵌段共聚物(SBS)改性沥青的黏聚力.采用氨基硅烷KH550改性花岗岩(Gr)集料(NH_(2)-Gr),提高沥青与集料之间的黏附力.采用X-射线衍射仪(XRD)、扫描电镜(SEM)、X射线光电子能谱仪(XPS)对改性前后的蒙脱土和Gr集料进行表征.采用同时提高沥青黏聚力和沥青与集料之间黏附力的方式,NH_(2)-MMT/SBS改性沥青与NH_(2)-Gr集料的黏附功增长19%,剥落功下降24%.相比基质沥青,SBS改性沥青、NaMMT/SBS改性沥青和NH_(2)-MMT/SBS改性沥青的黏聚功比基质沥青分别增长了15%、22%和28%.相比基质沥青与Gr集料,NaMMT/SBS改性沥青和NH_(2)-MMT/SBS改性沥青的黏聚功分别增长了6%和12%.采用光电比色法测试沥青与集料的黏附性,与基质沥青/Gr集料相比,NH_(2)-MMT-SBS改性沥青/Gr集料对紫外光的吸收峰值由0.483增大至0.499.NH_(2)-MMT-SBS改性沥青/NH_(2)-Gr集料对紫外光的吸收峰值由0.474增大至0.557,结果表明:黏聚力和黏附力的同时改性可以有效提高沥青抗水损害性能,改性集料的效果更明显. The water damage of asphalt pavement shortens the service life of pavement,and it can be effectively improved by improving the cohesion of asphalt and the adhesion between asphalt and aggregate.In this paper,3-aminopropyl trethoxysilane(KH550)was used to modify montmorillonite(NH_(2)-MMT)so as to enhance the cohe⁃sion of styrene-butadiene-styrene block copolymer(SBS)modified asphalt.The granite(Gr)aggregate(NH_(2)-GR)was modified by amino-silane KH550 to improve the adhesion between asphalt and aggregate.The montmorillonite and Gr aggregates were characterized by X-ray diffraction(XRD),scanning electron microscopy(SEM)and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy(XPS).The adhesion work of NH_(2)-MMT/SBS modified asphalt to NH_(2)-GR aggregate is increased by 19%,and the peeling work is decreased by 24%by simultaneously increasing the cohesion of asphalt and the adhesion between asphalt and aggregate.Compared with base asphalt,the cohesion work of SBS modified as⁃phalt,NaMMT/SBS modified asphalt and NH_(2)-MMT/SBS modified asphalt is increased by 15%,22%and 28%,re⁃spectively.Compared with base asphalt and Gr aggregate,the cohesion work of NaMMT/SBS modified asphalt and NH_(2)-MMT/SBS modified asphalt is increased by 6%and 12%,respectively.Photoelectric colorimetry was used to test the adhesion between asphalt and aggregate.Compared with base asphalt/Gr aggregate,the UV absorption peak value of NH_(2)-MMT-SBS modified asphalt/Gr aggregate is increased from 0.483 to 0.499.The UV absorption peak value of NH_(2)-MMT-SBS modified asphalt/NH_(2)-GR aggregate increases from 0.474 to 0.557.The results show that the simultaneous modification of cohesive force and adhesive force can effectively improve the water damage resis⁃tance of asphalt,and the effect of modified aggregate is more obvious.
