摘要
目的 观察马来酸桂哌齐特联合盐酸异丙嗪治疗眩晕症患者的疗效及安全性。方法 260例眩晕症患者,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组130例。对照组应用马来酸桂哌齐特治疗,观察组则应用马来酸桂哌齐特联合盐酸异丙嗪治疗。比较两组患者临床治疗效果,症状消失时间,不良反应发生情况。结果 观察组患者的治疗总有效率95.38%显著高于对照组的81.54%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者恶心呕吐、耳鸣耳聋、出汗、眩晕消失时间分别为(1.22±0.30)、(2.06±1.01)、(3.17±1.23)、(3.53±1.28)d,均显著短于对照组的(3.16±0.89)、(4.82±1.60)、(4.29±1.02)、(6.01±1.79)d,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者的不良反应发生率6.92%显著低于对照组的16.15%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 眩晕症患者采用马来酸桂哌齐特联合盐酸异丙嗪进行治疗,可大大缩短其症状消失时间,减少不良反应的发生,临床安全性高,疗效相比于单一用药更为显著,临床应用价值较高。
Objective To observe the efficacy and safety of cinpiazide maleate combined with promethazine hydrochloride in the treatment of vertigo patients.Methods A total of 260 patients with vertigo were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group,with 130 cases in each group.The control group was treated with cinpiazide maleate,while the observation group was treated with cinpiazide maleate and promethazine hydrochloride.The clinical effect,the disappearance time of symptoms,and the occurrence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 95.38%,which was significantly higher than 81.54%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The disappearance time of nausea and vomiting,tinnitus and deafness,sweating and vertigo were(1.22±0.30),(2.06±1.01),(3.17±1.23)and(3.53±1.28)d in the observation group,which were significantly shorter than(3.16±0.89),(4.82±1.60),(4.29±1.02)and(6.01±1.79)d in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 6.92%,which was significantly lower than 16.15%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The treatment of patients with vertigo by combination of cinpiazide maleate and promethazine hydrochloride can greatly shorten the disappearance time of symptoms and reduce the occurrence of adverse reactions,with high clinical safety and more significant efficacy than single medication,which is of high clinical application value.
