摘要
依据国家发改委文件,国家级新区(以下简称“国新区”)定义为“由国务院批准设立的承担国家重大发展和改革开放战略任务的综合型功能区”。截至目前,包含大连金普新区在内,共计批复设立19个国新区。文章通过金普新区与其他国新区开展比对研究,主动寻找差距、借鉴成功经验、探索发展路径,以期助力“更高速度”与“更高质量”发展,为金普新区“双高领跑”建言献策。
According to the documents of the National Development and Reform Commission,the national new area(hereinafter referred to as the“National New Area”)is defined as a comprehensive functional area approved by the State Council to undertake the strategic tasks of national major development and reform and opening up.Up to now,including Dalian Jinpu New Area,a total of 19 national new areas have been approved.The objective of this paper is to carry out comparative research between Jinpu New Area and other national new areas,to actively find gaps,to learn from successful experiences,and to explore development paths,with a view to promote“higher speed”and“higher quality”development,and to provide advices and suggestions for Jinpu New Area to“lead the way”.
