摘要
本文指出大型变压器压力释放阀长期运行在高温、高压环境下,易发生密封胶圈老化、弹簧或机件卡涩,从而导致误动或拒动扩大事故范围,造成设备跳闸、变压器爆炸、大面积停电、人身伤亡等后果,且缺乏有效针对压力释放阀的检测手段,针对这些问题,本文设计了一种基于无线自组网的便携式大型充油变压器压力释放阀检测系统,利用无线自组网、三原色差动态响应技术等,研制了基于压力保护器件自适应固定的全向动载压力检验装置,解决了压力释放阀型号不统一、固定难及远距离运输检测不方便的问题。
This paper points out that the pressure relief valve of large transformer runs for a long time in high temperature and high pressure environment,is prone to aging of sealing rubber ring,jamming of spring or mechanical parts,resulting in misoperation or refusal to expand the scope of accident,resulting in equipment tripping,transformer explosion,large area power failure,personal injury and other consequences,and lack of effective detection means for pressure relief valve,This paper designs a portable pressure relief valve detection system for large oil-filled transformer based on wireless ad hoc network.By using wireless ad hoc network and three primary color difference dynamic response technology,an omni-directional dynamic load pressure detection device based on adaptive fixation of pressure protection devices is developed,which solves the problems of non-uniform fixation of pressure relief valve models and long-distance transportation detection.
