长裸眼中单根气及后效气产出层位精准定位技术及应用

摘要 渤海油田的勘探正逐步向深层、超深层迈进,深井井身结构存在裸眼段长、同一裸眼段压力系统复杂、钻遇多套油气层、压力窗口窄等特征,在油气勘探过程中,钻开油气层后,是否精准掌握地层气、单根气、后效气及气体上窜速度直接关系到现场钻井液密度调整、油气层保护及井控安全。精确定位单根气及后效气产出层位能提高现场监督决策效率,从而提高作业时效,规避作业风险,是安全钻井的前提。建立单根气及后效气组分智能化分析模型,并形成了一套精准定位单根气及后效气产出层位技术,通过精确掌握单根气、后效气及气体上窜速度,有利于指导现场优化下步作业方案,提高作业时效,有效保障井控安全。 The exploration of Bohai oilfield is gradually advancing to deep and ultra-deep depths.The well structure of deep Wells is characterized by long open hole section,complex pressure system in the same open hole section,multiple sets of oil and gas formations encountered,narrow pressure Windows,etc.In the process of oil and gas exploration,after drilling oil and gas formations,The accurate control of formation gas,single root gas,aftereffect gas and gas channing speed is directly related to the field drilling fluid density adjustment,oil and gas reservoir protection and well control safety.Accurate location of single gas and post-effect gas production zones can improve the efficiency of on-site supervision and decision-making,thus improving the operating time and avoiding operating risks,which is the premise of safe drilling.The intelligent analysis model of single gas and aftereffect gas components was established,and a set of technology for accurately locating single gas and aftereffect gas production zones was formed.By accurately grasping single gas,aftereffect gas and gas up-channel speed,it was beneficial to guide the field optimization of the next operation plan,improve the operation time,and effectively ensure the well control safety.
