基于电机驱动的水稻直播机PLC控制系统设计 被引量:1

摘要 针对目前无调速模块和播种检测装置的水稻精密排种器容易出现堵塞、漏播及播种量超标或不足等问题,本文设计出基于电机驱动的水稻直播机智能化控制系统。该系统以PLC为控制中心,通过在地轮上安装霍尔传感器来测速,在种子箱里安装激光测距传感器来测量剩余种子量的多少,在排种管安装红外光电计数器来检测排种情况,通过实时控制步进电机的转速来带动排种器按需排种。与其他水稻直播机进行对比试验,结果表明:本文设计的水稻直播机PLC控制系统表现出了较高的控制精度,提高了播种机的播种质量。 Aiming at the problems of missing sowing,blocking and excessive or insufficient sowing amount of rice precision metering device without speed regulation module and sowing detection device,this paper designs an intelligent control system of rice direct seeding machine based on motor drive.The system takes PLC as the control center,through the installation of Hall sensor on the ground wheel to measure the speed,the installation of laser ranging sensor in the seed box to measure the amount of remaining seeds,the installation of infrared photoelectric counter in the seed metering tube to detect the seed metering situation,and through real-time control of the stepper motor speed to drive the metering device on-demand seeding.Compared with other rice direct seeding machines,the results show that the PLC control system of the rice direct seeding machine designed in this paper shows high control accuracy and improves the seeding quality of the seeder.
