摘要
针对植保机在水田作业时出现滑转、通过性变差、运行不平稳等情况,采用SolidWorks软件建立植保机三维模型,使用EDEM软件对植保机的行走进行仿真分析,并以3WPHS-600A型植保机为试验载体,利用PLC程序控制植保机的车轮和离合器的状态,进行动力分配模型研究。仿真及试验结果表明:植保机的两轮驱动、四轮驱动的自适应切换及四轮独立刹车的应用有利于平稳作业,优化了植保机的动力特性。
Aiming at the slippage,poor passing performance,and unsteady operation of the plant protection machine when operating in the paddy field,this paper uses Solidworks software to establish a three-dimensional model of the plant protection machine,uses EDEM software to simulate and analyze the walking of the plant protection machine,and uses 3WPHS-600A.The type plant protection machine is the test carrier,using PLC program to control the state of the machine's wheels and clutches,and conduct the research on the power distribution model.Simulation and test results show that the application of two-wheel drive,four-wheel drive adaptive switching and four-wheel independent brake application of the plant protection machine is conducive to smooth operation and optimizes the power characteristics of the plant protection machine.
