摘要
试验旨在探究扇贝蒸煮液酶解产物(enzymolysis product of scallop cooking liquid,EPS)对大菱鲆(Scophthalmus maximus L.)幼鱼的生长性能以及体成分、非特异性免疫能力、抗氧化能力及肠道消化酶等生化指标的影响。试验选取450尾初始体重为(28±0.50)g的体格健壮、匀称的幼鱼随机分为6组,每组3个重复,每重复25尾。在以鱼粉等为主要蛋白质的基础饲料对照组(C组)中分别使用1%(D1组)、2%(D2组)、3%(D3组)、4%(D4组)的EPS,设定5组饲料饲喂大菱鲆幼鱼56 d。结果表明:与对照组相比,EPS能显著提升大菱鲆幼鱼特定生长率(P<0.05),2%、3%组幼鱼增重率和饲料效率显著提高(P<0.05),EPS使用水平对幼鱼的成活率、肥满度、摄食率、肠体比影响不显著(P>0.05);与对照组相比,2%~4%组的幼鱼粗脂肪含量显著降低(P<0.05),各组间的全鱼粗蛋白、水分、灰分差异不显著(P>0.05);与对照组相比,试验组的幼鱼血清溶菌酶、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶、过氧化氢酶、胰蛋白酶活力均显著提高(P<0.05),3%、4%组幼鱼脂肪酶和α-淀粉酶活力显著提升(P<0.05),3%组幼鱼的总抗氧化能力显著高于其他组(P<0.05)。综上,EPS可促进大菱鲆幼鱼机体生长,提升其非特异性免疫能力、抗氧化能力和肠道消化酶活力,且在本试验条件下,适宜使用比例为3%。
The aim of this study was to investigate the effects of enzymolysis product of scallop cooking liquid(EPS)on growth performance,body composition immune capacity,antioxidant capacity and intesti⁃nal digestive enzymes of juvenile turbot.Juvenile turbot were fed five diets for 56 days with containing fish meal as the main protein sources and 1%,2%,3%and 4%EPS,respectively.The results showed that EPS significantly increased specific growth rate of juvenile turbot(P<0.05),and the weight gain rate and feed efficiency of juvenile turbot in 2%and 3%groups were significantly higher than that of control group(P<0.05).EPS usage level had no significant effects on survival rate,condition fac⁃tor,feeding rate and daily feed intake(P>0.05).The crude fat content of juvenile turbot in 2%-4%EPS was significantly decreased(P<0.05),but there were no significant differences in crude protein,moisture and ash among all groups(P>0.05).The activities of serum lysozyme,glutathione peroxidase,catalase and trypsin in experimental groups were significantly increased(P<0.05)and the activities of li⁃pase andα-amylase at 3%and 4%supplemental levels were significantly increased(P<0.05),the total antioxidant capacity of 3%group was significantly higher than that of other groups(P<0.05).In conclu⁃sion,EPS can promote the growth,improve its non-specific immune capacity,antioxidant capacity and intestinal digestive enzyme activities of juvenile turbot,and the suitable use proportion is 3%under the experimental conditions.
