摘要
文章以西门子PLC作为研究对象,简单分析了西门子PLC在工厂应用中遭遇的各种问题以及具体解决对策。本次研究综合使用文献资料法和定性研究法,对西门子PLC的具体组成以及基本原理进行简单分析,对工厂中的西门子PLC应用环节进行研究,针对工作环境异常以及控制系统干扰问题,分别提出了环境因素合理控制、干扰因素科学处理的对策。
Taking Siemens PLC as the research object,this paper simply analyzes various problems encountered by Siemens PLC in factory application and specific solutions.This research comprehensively uses the literature method and qualitative research method to analyze the specific composition and basic principle of Siemens PLC,study the application links of Siemens PLC in the factory,and propose the countermeasures for reasonable control of environmental factors and scientific treatment of interference factors due to abnormal working environment and interference problems of the control system.
