摘要
随着科学技术的进步,石油化工企业的生产和运营都在不断地发生变化,对设备的质量要求也越来越高。为此,石油化工行业应提高对设备的自动控制意识,全面了解设备的使用情况,做好设备的故障防范与维护,以确保设备的安全使用。文章从规范化的生产、健全的预防、合理的维护周期、强化技术人员的培养、科学的管理等几个角度,阐述了如何正确地使用石油化工仪表的自动化设备,如何规范设备的使用,如何提高设备的使用效率。
With the progress of science and technology,the production and operation of petrochemical enterprises are constantly changing,and the requirements for equipment quality are getting higher and higher.To this end,the petrochemical industry should improve the automatic control awareness of equipment,fully understand the use of equipment,and do a good job in equipment fault prevention and maintenance to ensure the safe use of equipment.From the angles of standardized production,sound prevention,reasonable maintenance cycle,strengthening the training of technicians,and scientific management,this paper expounds how to correctly use the automatic equipment of petrochemical instruments,how to standardize the use of equipment,and how to improve the use efficiency of equipment.
