直流锅炉干湿态转换原理及自动控制系统

摘要 国内新能源飞速发展背景下,可再生能源发电越来越普遍,导致电网波动也比较大,这就需要火力发电机组必须充分发挥其调峰变负荷功能。超临界火电机组的优势主要在于高参数、快速变负荷以及低能耗等,与传统仅负荷运行有所差异,超临界火电机组必须参与深度变负荷过程。不同于汽包锅炉,深度低负荷运转过程中,超临界直流锅炉极易出现干、湿态转换问题。为保证机组可以及时跟踪电网发电指令,使直流锅炉运行负荷灵活调整,必须不断提升直流锅炉干湿态转换快速性与平稳性。 With the rapid development of new energy in China,renewable energy power generation is becoming more and more popular,and the power grid fluctuates greatly,which requires thermal power generation units to give full play to their peak load regulation and load changing functions.The advantages of supercritical thermal power units mainly lie in high parameters,rapid load change and low energy consumption.Different from traditional load only operation,supercritical thermal power units must participate in the process of deep load change.Different from drum boiler,supercritical once through boiler is prone to dry and wet state transition during deep low load operation.In order to ensure that the unit can track the power generation command of the power grid in time and make the operation load of once through boiler adjust flexibly,it is necessary to continuously improve the speed and stability of dry wet state conversion of once through boiler.
