摘要
目的探讨体外心脏震波(CSWT)治疗对冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病(CAD)合并心力衰竭患者心功能、心肌灌注及血管内皮生长因子的影响。方法选取93例CAD合并心力衰竭患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,对照组46例给予常规药物治疗,观察组47例在对照组的基础上增加CSWT治疗,观察两组患者血管内皮功能、心功能和心肌灌注。结果治疗后,两组患者的心功能、心肌灌注和血管内皮功能均较治疗前改善,且观察组改善幅度均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论CSWT治疗CAD合并心力衰竭效果确切,通过机器震动产生的能量,促进血管的生成,修复受损的心肌,增强患者心功能和心肌灌注水平,改善血管内皮功能。
Objective To explore the effect of extracorporeal shock wave therapy(CSWT)on cardiac function,myocardial perfusion and vascular endothelial growth factor of patients with coronary atherosclerotic heart disease(CAD)and heart failure.Methods 93 patients with CAD and heart failure in our department were selected and randomly divided into the control group and the observation group.46 cases in the control group were given conventional drug treatment,and 47 cases in the observation group were given CSWT treatment on the basis of the control group.The vascular endothelial function,cardiac function and myocardial perfusion of the two groups were observed.Results After treatment,the cardiac function,myocardial perfusion and vascular endothelial function of the two groups were all improved,and the improvement range of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion CSWT is effective in the treatment of CAD patients with heart failure.It can promote angiogenesis,repair damaged myocardium,enhance cardiac function and myocardial perfusion,and improve vascular endothelial function through the energy generated by machine vibration.
