烧结成矿过程中铁酸钙特征与冶金性能定量关系 被引量:2

Quantitative relationship between characteristics of calcium ferrite and metallurgical properties during the process of sintering and mineralization

摘要 烧结成矿过程中铁酸钙质量分数、晶体形态及其结晶粒度等特征对烧结矿质量好坏有重要影响。本文以现场烧结配料结构为基准,使用分析纯进行不同温度梯度微型烧结试验,利用偏光显微镜重点分析了烧结矿成矿过程中铁酸钙生成特征,并分析了其对烧结矿冶金性能的影响规律。结果表明:在1280~1400℃升温过程中,烧结矿以斑状结构为主,其中不同形态的铁酸钙质量分数共减少了26.40%,烧结矿RDI_(+3.15 mm)及RI指数分别由74%、72%降低为69.20%、67.57%;在1250~1280℃升温过程中和1400~1200℃降温过程中,烧结矿以交织熔蚀结构为主,有针柱状铁酸钙大量生成,且针柱状铁酸钙中Al_(2)O_(3)/SiO_(2)较小为0.25,烧结矿RDI_(+3.15 mm)及RI指数呈变好趋势;在1200℃降温至室温的过程中,烧结矿主要以熔蚀结构为主,是板柱状和他形铁酸钙的形成阶段,尤其在1200~1100℃降温段,针状、柱状铁酸钙均占比较高为32.70%,烧结矿RDI_(+3.15 mm)及RI指数相对较高,分别达到了79.20%、80.76%。 Such characteristics of calcium ferrite as mass fraction,crystal morphology and crystal size have an important influence on the quality of sinter.The structure of on-site sintering blending is used as the benchmark,the micro-sintering experiments with different temperature gradients are carried out by using analytical reagent,the formation characteristics of calcium ferrite during the sintering process are analyzed emphatically by using polarized light microscopy,and its influence law on the metallurgical properties of sinter is analyzed.The results show that during the temperature rising from 1280℃ to 1400℃,the sinter is dominated by porphyritic structure,in which the mass fraction of diferent forms of calcium ferrite decreases by 26.40%,and the RDI_(+3.15 mm) and RI index of sinter decrease from 74%and 72%to 69.20%and 67.57% respectively.During the heating process of 1250~1280℃ and the cooling process of 1400~1200℃,the sinter is dominated by interwoven molten structures,while a large number of acicular and columnar calcium ferrite is produced,the Al_(2)O_(3)/SiO_(2) in acicular and columnar calcium ferrite is smaller,which is 0.25,and the RDI_(+3.15 mm) and RI index of sinter are getting better.During the cooling process from 1200 C to room temperature,the main structure of sinter is corrosion structure,which is the formation stage of prismatic tabular and heteromorphic calcium ferrite.Especially in the cooling stage from 1200℃ to 1100℃,the ratio of acicular and columnar calcium ferite is 32.70%,while the RDI+3.15mm and RI index of sinter are relatively high,reaching 79.20%and 80.76 respectively.
