胺类添加剂脱硫副产物综合利用研究

摘要 本文通过对某钢厂胺类添加剂脱硫副产物进行物化特性分析,设计了其综合利用的工艺流程,考查了不同浸出工艺对S和K浸出率的影响,基于此进行了硫酸铵一步法制备硫酸钾实验研究,探讨了其用于制备含钾复合肥的可行性。结果表明:在实验室条件下,较优的浸出工艺参数:温度为35℃,搅拌时间为30 min,固液比为1∶4,搅拌速度为200 r/min,研磨粒度小于74μm,此时,S、K浸出率最优,分别为85.23%、97.05%;同时滤液经蒸发、浓缩、冷却结晶后可制得K_(2)O质量分数为60.44%,S质量分数为15.60%,Cl质量分数为0.57%的硫酸钾产品,符合农用含钾复合肥国标要求,表明该工艺可行性较强。 Through the analysis on physical and chemical characteristic of the desulfurization by-products of amine additives in a steel mill,the comprehensive utilization process is designed,the influence of different leaching processes on the leaching rate of S and K is investigated,the experimental research of one-step preparation of potassium sulfate by ammonium sulfate is carried out,and the feasibility of potassium-containing compound fertilizer is discussed.The results show that the optimum leaching process parameters are as follows:temperature of 35 C,stirring time of 30 min,solid-liquid ratio of 1:4,stirring speed of 200 r/min and grinding particle size is less than 74μm.At this time,the leaching rates of S and K are the best,85.23%and 97.05%respectively.Meanwhile,potassium sulfate products with K_(2)O mass fraction of 60.44%,S mass fraction of 15.60%and Cl mass fraction of 0.57%can be prepared after evaporation,concentration,cooling and crystallization of filtrate,meeting the national standard requirements of agricultural potassium-containing compound fertilizer,indicating that the process is highly feasible.
