W型火焰锅炉停炉后无送风机冷却节能探究

摘要 随着第一批西电东送火力发电机组运行年限的增加,一些机组设备老化现象不断涌现。同时,受国家能源转型的影响,火电机组调峰启停越来越频繁,在机组停运过程中,采用无送风机运行冷却锅炉的方式,将会为企业减少不必要的厂用电消耗。为此,介绍了传统有送风机锅炉冷却方式和无送风机冷却方式,并对两种冷却方式的能耗及冷却时间进行了对比,证明了采用无送风机冷却方式可有效节省厂用电。 With the increase in the operating life of the first batch of West-to-East thermal power generating units,the aging phenomenon of some unit equipment continues to emerge.At the same time,affected by the national energy transition,the peak shaving start and stop of thermal power units are becoming more and more frequent.In the process of unit outage,the use of no blower to run the cooling boiler will reduce unnecessary plant electricity consumption for the enterprise.To this end,the traditional cooling method of boiler with blower and the cooling method without blower are introduced.The energy consumption and cooling time of the two cooling methods are compared,which proves that the cooling method without blower can effectively save the power consumption of the plant.
