摘要
苏州作为全国重点旅游城市,第一批入选全域旅游示范区的地区之一,民宿发展势头强劲,但总体来说尚未形成特有的区域品牌,布局和管理也相对分散、目标消费群体覆盖较少,且存在各区域发展不均衡的问题。文章分析了苏州民宿产业发展现状,结合“文旅+”、文旅融合的发展形式和消费市场需求,提出苏州民宿业应当从布局、管理、产业联合等方面逐步构建更加生态、合理的民宿体系,由此才能更好地打造具有地方特色、配合本地旅游和文化发展的民宿产业。
Suzhou is one of the first regions to be selected as an integrated tourism demonstration zone in China.Its peer-to-peer accommodation industry has been greatly developed.But generally,it has not yet formed a unique regional brand,and the layout and management are relatively scattered,with a small coverage of target consumer groups,and there is a problem of uneven development among various regions.This article analyzes the development status of Suzhou’s peer-to-peer accommodation industry,combined with the development of“cultural oriented tourism plus”and the current needs of the consumer market.Suggestions were proposed that Suzhou’s peer-to-peer accommodation industry should gradually build a more ecological and reasonable system in terms of layout,management and industrial alliances,to create a better industry with local cultural characteristics and coordinate local tourism and cultural development.
