摘要
采用简单的离子交换法制备了形貌规则、尺寸均匀的K_(2)NaAlF_(6):Mn^(4+)红色荧光粉,利用XRD、SEM、EDS、激发和发射光谱、荧光寿命和热稳定性对所制材料的结构和光学性质进行了系统的表征,发现其具有优良的发光性能和荧光热稳定性。将红粉封装于蓝光LED芯片后设计了色温和显色指数可调的暖白光LED器件,表明所制K_(2)NaAlF_(6):Mn^(4+)红色荧光粉在室内照明上的潜在应用前景。
A series of uniform K_(2)NaAlF_(6):Mn^(4+)red phosphors with regular morphologies were prepared by a simple ion-exchange method.The results show that the as-obtained K 2NaAlF 6:Mn 4+red phosphor exhibit good luminescence properties and outstanding thermal-quenching behavior.The products were investigated through X-ray diffraction(XRD),scanning electron microscope(SEM),photoluminescence(PL),photoluminescence excitation(PLE),lifetime.After merging the K_(2)NaAlF_(6):Mn^(4+)red phosphor into white LED device,the result indicating the potential application of the Mn4+-activated fluoride red phosphor in WLED devices.
