摘要
天线反射体作为某车载折叠天线的重要部件,具有数量多、动作次数多、安装复杂的特点。文中针对某天线反射体的结构特点和安装精度要求,分析了天线背架及铰链的装配难点及影响安装精度的因素。合理安排装配工艺流程,采样板装配及使用配套工装的方法,最终实现了天线反射体的安装精度,满足所有技术指标。该方法在批生产时成本低、效率高,可供同类型车载折叠天线反射体的安装提供参考。
As an important component of a vehicle-mounted folded antenna,the antenna reflector has a large number of back frames and lots of hinge actions,which makes its installation complicated.Based on the structural characteristics and installation accuracy requirements of the antenna reflector,the assembly difficulties of the back frames and hinges as well as the factors affecting the installation accuracy are analyzed in this paper.By rationally arranging the assembly process and adopting template assembly and tooling,the desired installation accuracy of the antenna reflector is finally achieved and all required technical specifications are met.The proposed method has the advantages of low cost and high efficiency in batch production.This paper provides reference for installation of the reflectors of similar vehicle-mounted folded antenna.
