摘要
某车型在苛刻工况下(满载、高环境温度、高速),手动变速箱的机油温度达到150℃,而根据该产品属性签发要求,机油的正常工作温度应控制在130℃以下。本文应用计算流体力学(CFD)工具来模拟计算该车型底盘流场分布情况,分析油温过高的原因、找到问题的解决方案。底盘流场分析结果:由于发动机油底壳的遮挡,导致其后方的变速箱周围风速很小,造成壳体外表面与空气进行强制对流热交换不充分。为优化变速箱壳体尤其是油底壳附近区域流场,在横梁下方增加了一块引流式导流板,它能把横梁之下区域的高速气流引向变速箱油底壳周围。后经实车路试验证,该优化方案可以满足油温签发要求。
Under harsh conditions(full load,high environment temperature,high speed),temperature of lubrication oil in gear-box reaches 150 degree Celsius.However,the oil working temperature should be controlled under 130 degree Celsius issued by product attribute.The flow field distribution under vehicle chassis have been simulated by Computational Fluid Dynamics(CFD)software tools in this chapter,to analyze the causes of high oil temperature and to find a solution for this problem.The results of flow filed under chassis show that the velocity around gear-box is very small because of engine oil dish shelter,so the convection heat transfer capacity exchange between gear-box shell and air is not sufficient.In order to optimize the flow field near the transmission,especially the oil pan,a induced deflector plate is added under the cross-beam,which can guide the highspeed air under the cross-beam to the transmission.Road testing indicate the optimization scheme can meet oil temperature issue requirements.
