摘要
安全工程师在企业安全生产和工程建设中的作用越来越突出,但其伦理责任和建设情况仍然不完善。根据多年从事企业安全生产和工程建设监督、监管经验,并结合多名安全工程师的访谈和多起安全事故的原因分析发现,安全工程师伦理责任缺失、伦理教育不足、评价约束体系不完善等问题普遍存在,安全工程师伦理责任落实不到位。可以通过安全工程师伦理教育、工程师伦理评价体系、伦理法律法规的强化和完善,不断提升安全工程师的职业伦理责任,积极承担起社会伦理责任和环境伦理责任,为企业安全生产和工程项目建设的可持续发展起到良好的助推作用。
Safety engineers play an increasingly prominent role in the safety production of enterprises and engineering construction,but their ethical responsibility and construction situation are still not perfect.On the basis of many years of the inspection and supervision experience in safety production of enterprise and engineering construction,and in combination with the interview of many safety engineers and the cause of many safety accidents,it is found that there are many problems,such as lack of ethical responsibility,lack of ethical education,imperfect evaluation system and so on.By the strengthening and perfection of the ethics education of safety engineer,improving the ethics evaluation system of safety engineer and promoting the ethics laws and regulations of safety engineers,the professional ethics responsibility of safety engineer can be continuously promoted,so as to actively take the responsibility of social ethics and environmental ethics,which could play a good role in promoting the sustainable development of the safety production of enterprise and project construction.
