摘要
老旧小区改造是国家城市更新战略中的重要一环,如何精准地对老旧小区改造进行定位,需要对老旧小区改造内容进行详细调研与梳理,并结合小区居民基本诉求进行设计要素分析,给出最优化设计方案并落地实施。本文通过对保定市莲池区老旧小区改造设计要素与实施方案结合“畅其路、美其颜、强其能、安其居、固其基、扬其韵”十八字方针进行综合分析,总结出一套适应地方特点的老旧小区改造方案,为全国老旧小区改造起到了示范作用。
The renovation of old residential areas is an important part of the national urban renewal strategy.How to accurately position the renovation of old residential areas requires detailed investigation and sorting of the renovation content of old residential areas,as well as the analysis of design elements in combination with the basic demands of residents in the old communities,so as to give the optimal design plan for implementation.Through comprehensive analysis of the design elements and implementation plan of the renovation of the old community in Lianchi District,Baoding City,combined with the 18-character policy of"smooth the road,beautiful the surface,strong the ability,secure the residence,strengthen the foundation,and promote the charm",this paper summarizes a set of renovation plans of the old residential areas that adapt to the local characteristics,which has played a demonstration role for the renovation of the old residential communities in China.
