摘要
通过回顾我国检查检验结果互认工作的现状,综合分析工作中存在的医疗资源分布、互认范围和时效性、医患信任和结果互认责任主体等方面存在的问题,提出创建资源共享平台、严格确认互认项目、构建质量控制检测平台、加强医患沟通及明确责任主体等对策,为未来检查检验结果互认工作的有效推进提供参考。
It reviews the current practice of mutual recognition of examination and test results in China,analyzes the problems of distribution of medical resources,scopes and timeliness of mutual recognition,trusts between doc⁃tors and patients,and the main body of responsibility for mutual recognition of results,and proposes countermea⁃sures such as creating a resource sharing platform,strictly confirming mutual recognition items,building a quality control testing platform,strengthening communication between doctors and patients,and clarifying the main body of responsibility,in order to provide a better understanding of the future of mutual recognition of examination and test results.
