摘要
本文结合工程实例,分析跨高速公路连续梁挂篮悬浇施工技术,包含挂篮的设计要点和施工要点,例如挂篮的拼装、预压、施工完成后的拆除流程及具体方法,并探讨模板、钢筋、混凝土施工技术。在科学规划、规范施工后,顺利完成连续梁挂篮悬浇作业,工程施工质量达到预期,挂篮悬浇施工技术具有可行性,可供参考。
Based on an engineering example,this article analyzes the construction technology of hanging basket suspension casting for continuous beams across expressways,including the design and construction points of the hanging basket,such as the assembly,preloading,demolition process and specific methods after construction,and discusses the construction technology of formwork,reinforcement,and concrete.After scientific planning and standardized construction,the continuous beam hanging basket suspension casting operation has been successfully completed,and the construction quality has met expectations.The hanging basket suspension casting construction technology is feasible and can be used for reference.
