摘要
目的探讨自动消毒机消毒与常规消毒对血液透析机进水管的消毒效果对比。方法选择2020年10月—2022年3月本院的27件透析机进水软管作为研究对象,采取随机抽样方分成常规组、研究1组和研究2组三组,每组各9件。常规组使用传统的透析机进水软管消毒模式3个月消毒1次;研究1组使用血透机进水管清洗消毒装置消毒1个月1次,研究2组使用血透机进水管清洗消毒装置消毒3个月1次。检测第12个月与消毒前,透析机与进水软管连接处透析用水细菌培养、内毒素及有无生物膜。结果研究1组和常规组透析机进水软管情况指标的比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究1组的包装合格率优于常规组(P<0.05);三组未见损害情况。研究1组的内毒素浓度、菌落计数低于常规组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)研究2组革兰氏阳性杆菌、革兰氏阴性杆菌检出率均低于常规组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论与常规消毒相比,自动消毒机消毒对血液透析机进水管的消毒效果较好,保障血液透析机进水管质量,降低内毒素浓度以及细菌检出率。
Objective To compare the disinfection effect of automatic disinfection machine and conventional disinfection on the water inlet pipe of hemodialysis machine.Methods From October 2020 to March 2022,27 pieces of water inlet hoses of dialysis machines in our hospital were selected as the research objects.The method of random sampling was adopted,and they were divided into 3 groups of conventional group,study group 1and study group 2,9 pieces in each group.The conventional group adopted the traditional disinfection mode to disinfect water inlet hoses of dialysis machines once every 3 months.The study group 1 was disinfected once a month with the cleaning and disinfection device for the inlet pipe of the hemodialysis machine.The study group 2 was disinfected once every three months with the cleaning and disinfection device for the inlet pipe of the hemodialysis machine.The bacterial culture,endotoxin and biofilm in dialysis water at the connection between the dialysis machine and the water inlet hose at the time points of 12th month later and before disinfection were carried out.Results The difference in the indicators of the water inlet hose of the dialysis machine between study group 1 and conventional group was statistically significant(P<0.05).The qualification rate of packaging in study group 1 was better than that of the routine group(P<0.05).No damage was found in the three groups.The concentration of endotoxin and colony count of study group 1 were lower than those of the conventional group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).The detection rates of gram-positive and gram-negative bacilli in study group 2 were lower than that of the routine group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions Compared with conventional disinfection,automatic disinfection machine has better disinfection effect on the inlet pipe of hemodialysis machine,ensuring the quality of the inlet pipe of hemodialysis machine,reducing the concentration of endotoxin and the detection rate of bacteria.
