PLC、触摸屏和温控仪组合控制系统在加热设备控制中的应用

摘要 为了解决加热设备控制系统中单独使用PLC控温成本偏高、精度偏低的缺点,实现更智能化、可视化操作,文章研究了加热设备中采用的PLC、触摸屏以及智能仪表控制系统,分别采用了三菱FX3GAPLC、威纶通MT6100触摸屏和厦门宇电自动化AI系列智能仪表组合的控制系统,可实现对工业现场温度、压力等信号的采集和对各执行机构的控制。文章详细阐述了触摸屏与PLC及智能仪表问通讯线的制作、通讯协议的选择与设置、关键点画面组态的方法等,并用一个案例简要说明,该系统已投入运行,效果良好。 In order to solve the problems of high cost and low accuracy of temperature control by using PLC alone in the previous heating equipment control system,this paper studies the PLC,touch screen and intelligent instrument control system used in the heating equipment,respectively using Mitsubishi FX3GA PLC,VILON MT6100 touch screen and Xiamen Yudian Automation Al series intelligent instrument combination control system,which can realize the control of industrial site temperature Acquisition of pressure and other signals and control of each actuator.This paper describes in detail the production of the communication line between the touch screen and PLC and intelligent instrument,the selection and setting of the communication protocol,and the method of configuring the key point screen,and gives a brief explanation with a case.The system has been put into operation with good results.
