摘要
梳理马克思主义工会理论的历史演进,有助于更好地理解习近平总书记关于工会工作重要论述。马克思恩格斯提出工会是无产阶级的群众组织,它的出现标志着工人阶级联合的扩大和发展。列宁认为工会在无产阶级政权中是一个教育组织,肩负党和国家利益以及职工利益。毛泽东结合中国社会主义实践,提出工会是维护工人利益的堡垒与工人群众学习共产主义的学校,党、政、工三方面,共同的目的都是为了搞好生产。习总书记强调了新时期工会工作要突出“党的领导”、“建功立业”、“思想引领”、“维权服务”、“改革创新”。该论述是习总书记在马克思恩格斯工会原生态理论、列宁次生态工会理论、毛泽东新生态工会理论基础上,对工会工作理论创造性的发展,对新时期工会工作的开展深刻的指导意义。
Aclear understanding of the historical evolution of Marxist trade union theory is helpful to better comprehend the General Secretary Xi Jinping's important statement on the work of trade union.Marx and Engels proposed that the trade union was the mass organization of the proletariat,and its appearance marked the expansion and development of the union of the working class.Lenin regarded the trade union as an educational organization in the proletarian regime,responsible for the interests of the party and state as well as workers.Combining with the practice of Chinese socialism,Mao Zedong put forward that trade unions are the fortress to safeguard the interests of workers and the school for the masses to learn communism.The common purpose of the Party,government and industry is to improve production.The General Secretary stressed that trade union work in the new period should highlight the"leadership of the Party","achievements","ideological guidance","rights protection",and"reform and innovation".The statement is President Xi's creative development of the trade work theory on the basis of Marx and Engels'original ecological trade union theory,Lenin's sub-ecological trade union theory and Mao's new ecological trade union theory,which has a profound guiding significance for the development of trade union work in the new era.
