摘要
为应对数字经济时代的挑战,抓住新一轮科技革命和产业革命的发展机遇,国家计量发展规划指出建立国家现代先进测量体系,鼓励打造智慧计量实验室实施管理模式转型升级。文章围绕面向网络化、智能化重塑核心竞争力为背景,分析计量行业面临数字化转型的迫切需求,以信息技术为基石,以数据为驱动力,研究架构协同开发基础环境、智能计量业务环境和智慧数字管理环境,整体构建集开发、测试、服务为一体的柔性共享计量平台,重构技术体系、产品体系和服务体系,实现运营智能化、测试自动化、产品数字化、服务敏捷化,提升计量实验室的管理效率、人员能力和价值创造能力,为可持续高质量发展提供重要支撑,为大型企业计量实验室数字化转型提供参考。
In order to meet the challenges of the digital economy era and seize the development opportunities of a new round of scientific and technological revolution and industrial revolution,the National Metrology Development Plan points out that it is necessary to establish a modern and advanced national measurement system and encourages the creation of smart metrology laboratories to implement the transformation and upgrading of management models.Focusing on the background of reshaping the core competitiveness facing networking and intelligence,the article analyzes the urgent needs of the metrology industry facing digital transformation.With information technology as the cornerstone and data as the driving force,the article studies the infrastructure for collaborative development foundation environment,intelligent metrology business environment and smart digital management environment.It proposes to build a flexible shared metrological platform integrating development,testing and service,and reconstruct the technical system,product system and service system,to realize intelligent operation,test automation,product digitization and service agility and improve the management efficiency,personnel ability and value creation ability of metrology laboratories,meanwhile provide important support for sustainable high⁃quality development,and provide reference for digital transformation of metrology laboratories for large enterprises.
