摘要 目的基于5G信息网络优化院前流程提高急危重患者救治的成功率。方法借助5G信息网络优化流程提高院前急危重症患者救治措施落实率,对比他院救护车转入患者评估效果。结果信息化组急性缺血性脑卒中90天mRS评分χ^(2)分的占比72.84%,优于对照组的66.89%;入院至溶栓时间、入院至冠状动脉开通时间、严重创伤急诊手术准备时间中位数分别为38分钟、65分钟和58分钟,均少于对照组的45分钟、82分钟和76分钟;差异有统计学意义(p<0.05)。结论信息网络优化后院前急危重症救治流程能缩短急危重症患者的救治时间并改善预后。 Objective To optimize the pre-hospital process based on 5G information network and improve the success rate of emergency treatment.Methods 5G information network optimization process was used to improve the implementation rate of pre-hospital emergency treatment measures for critically ill patients.The evaluation effect of ambulances transferred to other hospitals was compared.Results 90-day mRS scores χ^(2) of acute ischemic stroke in information group was 72.84%,which was better than that in control group(66.89%).The median time from admission to thrombolysis,from admission to coronary artery opening and preparation time for emergency operation of severe trauma were 38 minutes,65 minutes and 58 minutes,respectively,which were shorter than those of the control group(45 minutes,82 minutes and 76 minutes).The difference was statistically significant(p<0.05).Conclusion Information network optimization of emergency treatment process in backyard can shorten the treatment time and improve the prognosis of emergency patients.
