摘要
目的:设计一种适配腔镜直线型切割吻合器的吻合口加固修补组件,以在吻合手术时将加固补片平整地植入吻合口处。方法:该组件由纺织基背衬面料、缝合线及补片3个部分组成,其中,背衬面料作为支撑物在外侧包裹补片,二者通过缝合线复合成套筒结构。分别建立比格犬腹腔胰尾部切除、小肠部分切除和胸腔肺叶楔形切除模型,对通过该组件协助植入加固补片后实验动物吻合口的防瘘性能进行评价。结果:该组件可以有效地将加固补片平整覆盖在吻合口处,且实验动物吻合口处的漏液、漏气及出血现象明显减少。结论:该组件操作便捷,可以有效地加固吻合口,且具有较好的防瘘性能。
Objective To design an anastomotic stiffening repair component adapted to the linear cutting stapler of endoscope in order to flatten the reinforcement patch into the anastomosis during anastomosis procedures.Methods An anastomotic reinforcement repair component was designed which was composed of three parts of textile backing fabric,suture and reinforcement patch.The backing fabric was used as a support to wrap the patch on the outside,and the two parts were laminated by suture to form a sleeve structure.Three models of abdominal pancreatic tail resection,partial small intestine resection and thoracic wedge resection were established in Beagle dogs to evaluate the performance of fistula prevention in the anastomoses of experimental animals after the implantation of reinforcement patches assisted by this component.Results The component designed facilitated the reinforcement patch to cover the anastomosis flatly,and the leakage of fluid,air and bleeding at the anastomosis of experimental animals were reduced significantly.Conclusion The component easy to operate can reinforce the anastomosis effectively and has high fistula-proof performances.
