摘要
目的研究丙戊酸钠联合富马酸喹硫平对双相情感障碍(BD)患者躁狂症状的影响。方法以2018年2月-2021年12月佳木斯市精神病医院收治的76例BD患者为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组(38例)与观察组(38例)。对照组给予丙戊酸钠治疗,观察组应用丙戊酸钠联合富马酸喹硫平治疗。比较两组倍克-拉范森躁狂量表(BRMS)评分、汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)评分、综合疗效、血清炎性因子[肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、白细胞介素-1(IL-1)、白细胞介素-10(IL-10)]及不良反应。结果两组BRMS评分、HAMD评分均有下降,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组治疗有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);两组IL-10水平升高,IL-1、TNF-α下降,且观察组IL-10高于对照组,IL-1、TNF-α低于对照组(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论丙戊酸钠联合富马酸喹硫平可有效缓解BD患者的躁狂、抑郁症状,其疗效确切,可减轻体内炎性反应,且不增加不良反应。
Objective To study the effect of sodium valproate combined with quetiapine fumarate on manic symptoms in patients with bipolar disorder(BD).Methods From February 2018 to December 2021,76 BD patients admitted to Jiamusi Psychiatric Hospital were selected as the research objects.According to the random number method,they were divided into control group(38 cases)and observation group(38 cases).The control group was treated with sodium valproate,and the observation group was treated with sodium valproate combined with quetiapine fumarate.The Beck-Rafaelson Mania Scale(BRMS)score,Hamilton Depression Scale(HAMD)score,comprehensive efficacy,serum inflammatory factors[tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),interleukin-1(IL-1),interleukin-10(IL-10)]and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The BRMS score and HAMD score of the two groups decreased,and those of the observation group were lower than the control group(P<0.05).The effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The levels of IL-10 in the two groups increased,IL-1 and TNF-αdecreased,and IL-10 in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,while IL-1 and TNF-αwere lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Sodium valproate combined with quetiapine fumarate can effectively alleviate the symptoms of mania and depression in patients with BD,and its curative effect is definite.Meanwhile,it can reduce the inflammatory reaction in vivo without increasing adverse reactions.
