摘要
利用中国老年社会追踪调查数据(CLASS),使用倾向得分匹配法(PSM)对社区康复服务对老年人健康及社交的影响进行了分析。结果:(1)尽管目前使用过社区康复服务的老年人数量比较少,但在老年残疾化和残疾老年化的趋势下有较大发展空间;(2)使用社区康复服务的确可以改善我国老年人的健康和社交;(3)初步探索出了一条评估我国社区康复服务对老年人影响效应的科学路径。建议:加深对“全人口、全生命周期”视角下的康复价值认知,深入研究社区“医养结合”体系建设的规律性及其对于健康老龄化的重要性,探索建立完善覆盖生命全周期、健康全过程的优质高效社区康复服务体系,并以此为抓手来完善社区康复服务对老年人影响效应的路径与评价体系。
This study aimed to investigate the impacts from community rehabilitation services on the health and social interaction of the elderly in China,using the data of CLASS with the Propensity Score Analysis,PSM.Results:(1)Although the number of elderly people who have used community rehabilitation services is currently small at present,there is large room for development under the trend of old-age disability and disabled aging;(2)Community rehabilitation services can indeed improve the health and social contact for the elderly;(3)A scientific path of estimating the effects of community rehabilitation services in China is explored preliminarily.Suggestions:we shall further study the regularity of the construction of the community medical and elderly care integration system and the cognition of rehabilitation value from the perspective of"the whole population and the whole life cycle",gradually establish and improve a high-quality and efficient rehabilitation services system covering the whole life cycle and the whole process of health.Based on these,we can perfect the path and estimation system of the community rehabilitation services,and improve the intervention effects.
