摘要
骨伤科作为中医学的一门专科,由于受历史时期和地域因素的共同影响,形成了一些各具特色的分支和流派。2012年12月,国家中医药管理局公布了首批13家中医骨伤流派传承工作室。传承内容特色鲜明、发展着重经验总结、研究热点聚焦时代是骨伤科流派传承的现状。在今后的发展中,应做到梳理厚重底蕴以自信发展、整理经验以继承发展、凸显优势以规范发展、交叉融合以创新发展、顺应时代以转变发展、建设人才以长远发展,从而保持骨伤科流派传承的核心竞争力,提升综合影响力,实现中医药现代化、国际化的目标。
As a specialty of traditional Chinese medicine,orthopedics and traumatology have formed some distinctive branches and schools due to the joint influence of historical periods and geographical factors.In December 2012,the State Administration of Traditional Chinese Medicine announced the first batch of 13 traditional Chinese medicine orthopedics inheritance studios.The inheritance content is distinctive,the development focuses on summarizing experience,and the research hotspots focus on the era.This is the status quo of the inheritance of orthopedics schools.In future development,we should sort out the profound heritage to achieve confidence development,sort out the experience to achieve inheritance development,highlight advantages to achieve standardized development,cross-integrate to achieve innovative development,adapt to the times to achieve transform development,and talent construction to achieve long-term development.Thereby maintaining the core competitiveness of the inheritance of orthopedics and traumatology schools,enhancing the comprehensive influence,and finally realizing the goal of modernization and internationalization of traditional Chinese medicine.
