摘要
科技创新基地(平台)代表着本领域国家科技创新的最高力量,我国现有主要科技创新平台还不能完全适应新时代创新驱动发展的要求及解决行业“卡脖子”技术问题,通过对创新资源梳理、整合建设符合新时代要求的科技创新平台。国家工程技术研究中心要抓住这次优化整合机会升级为国家技术创新中心,实现研发牵动产业、产业构建市场、市场引导创新的良性循环,按照聚焦关键、分类指导、开放共享、协同创新的原则,实现创新要素集聚,与各创新平台协同完善科技创新平台体系的建设,共同支撑社会经济发展。
The science and technology innovation base(platform)represents the highest strength of national science and technology innovation in this field.The existing main innovation platforms of science and technology in China can not fully adapt to the requirements of innovation-driven development in the new era and solve the industry’s"bottleneck"technical problem.By sorting out and integrating innovation resources,we can build a scientific and technological innovation platform that meets the requirements of the new era.The National Engineering Technology Research Center should seize this opportunity of optimization and integration to upgrade to a national technology innovation center,realize a virtuous circle of R&D influencing industry,industry building market,and market guiding innovation,and achieve the convergence of innovation elements in accordance with the principles of focusing on the key,guiding by classification,opening and sharing,and collaborative innovation,and work with various innovation platforms to improve the construction of science and technology innovation platform system,so as to jointly support social and economic development.
