摘要
机械加工车间是机械加工制造企业的生产一线,其安全管理关系到企业生产安全。为科学、准确地评估加工车间安全生产情况,企业应结合自身实际情况,重视机械加工车间安全操作性能评估,建立机械加工车间安全操作评估体系。该文深入分析了安全操作内涵,提出了机械加工车间安全操作评估体系构建策略,以期为机械加工车间安全操作能力评估提供有益参考。
The machining workshop is the production line of machining and manufacturing enterprises, and its safety management is related to the production safety of enterprises. In order to scientifically and accurately evaluate the safe production of the processing workshop, the enterprise should pay attention to the safe operation performance evaluation of the machining workshop in combination with its own actual situation, and establish the safe operation evaluation system of the machining workshop. This paper deeply analyzes the connotation of safe operation and puts forward the construction strategy of the safe operation evaluation system in machining workshop, in order to provide a useful reference for the evaluation of the safe operation ability in machining workshop.
