基于表面跟踪技术的坭兴陶数字化雕刻问题研究

摘要 坭兴陶被誉为中国“四大名陶”之一,随着我国经济社会发展及对传统文化的日益重视,坭兴陶产业迎来了发展的重大机遇期。该文首先介绍了坭兴陶的基本情况及在雕刻中存在的主要问题,然后提出了采用基于欧式距离的最近邻算法表面跟踪技术,对坭兴陶的雕刻G代码进行Z坐标修正。真实的实验结果显示改进后的数字化雕刻明显优于传统的数字化雕刻。 Nixing pottery is known as one of the "four famous potteries" in China. With China’s economic and social development and the increasing attention to traditional culture, Nixing pottery industry has ushered in a period of major opportunities for development. This paper first introduces the basic situation of Nixing pottery and the main problems in carving, and then proposes to use the K-Nearest Neighbor surface tracking technology based on Euclidean distance, to modify the Z coordinate of the carving G-code of Nixing pottery. Real experimental results show the improved digital carving is significantly better than the traditional digital carving.
