摘要
能源供应作为国之重器,在我国国民经济中居于重要地位。目前,在智能化和信息科技革命不断推进的背景下,市场竞争日趋激烈,企业生存环境日益严峻,能源供应相关产业生存状况愈发困难,传统粗放的成本管理理念已难以适应现代发展环境。因此,企业要在成本管控中综合运用智能制造技术、创新管理模式,以提升核心竞争力,在保证质量的情况下降低成本,提高经济效益。基于此,该文介绍了智能制造的内涵及作用,分析了企业成本管控的现状及问题,论述智能制造创造出的企业效益和社会效益,系统分析智能制造对成本管理带来的挑战与机遇,得出智能制造背景下提升企业成本管理的策略,以推动企业整体效益不断提高,实现可持续、高质量发展。
Energy supply, as a national instrument, plays an important position in our national economy. At present,under the background of the continuous advancement of intelligent and information technology revolution, the market competition is becoming increasingly fierce, the living environment of enterprises is becoming increasingly severe, the survival situation of energy supply related industries is becoming increasingly difficult, and the traditional extensive cost management concept has been difficult to adapt to the modern development environment. Therefore,enterprises should comprehensively use intelligent manufacturing technology and innovative management mode in cost control to enhance core competitiveness, reduce costs and improve economic benefits while ensuring quality.Based on this, this paper introduces the connotation and function of intelligent manufacturing, analyzes the current situation and problems of enterprise cost control, discusses the enterprise benefits and social benefits created by intelligent manufacturing, systematically analyzes the challenges and opportunities brought by intelligent manufacturing to cost management, and obtains the strategies for improving enterprise cost management under the background of intelligent manufacturing, so as to promote the continuous improvement of enterprise overall benefits and achieve sustainable and high-quality development.
