摘要
党的十九大报告明确指出,要完善公共文化服务体系,深入实施文化惠民工程,丰富群众性文化活动,加强文物保护利用和文化遗产传承保护,广泛开展全民健身活动,加快推进体育强国建设。要深入挖掘乡村特色文化符号,盘活地方和民族特色文化资源,传承和发展民族民间传统体育。赣南少数民族特色村寨民俗体育文化有着悠久的历史,具有浓厚的赣南乡土文化特征和重要的乡土传承价值,在加强道德教化,形成共同价值观念,凝聚社会力量,实现社会整合等方面发挥了重要作用。该文在乡村振兴背景下,对赣南少数民族特色村寨民俗体育文化的生存困境及其传承与活化进行全面探讨和剖析,以求理论的科学性和实践的真实性,从而为落实乡村振兴战略,推动乡村文化振兴,促进乡风文明与有效治理,树立乡村社会和谐的精神支柱和保障提供借鉴和参考。
The report to the 19th CPC National Congress clearly points out that we will improve the system of public cultural services, carry out in-depth cultural projects to benefit the people, enrich mass cultural activities,strengthen the protection and utilization of cultural relics and the protection and inheritance of cultural heritage,carry out extensive national fitness activities, and accelerate the building of China into a sports power. The CPC Central Committee and the State Council further pointed out that it is necessary to deeply explore the cultural symbols with rural characteristics, revitalize local and ethnic cultural resources, and inherit and develop ethnic and folk traditional sports. The folk sports culture of villages with ethnic minority characteristics in southern Jiangxi has a long history, has strong local cultural characteristics in southern Jiangxi and important local heritage values, and has played an important role in strengthening moral education, forming common values, gathering social forces, and achieving social integration. Under the background of rural revitalization, this paper comprehensively discusses and analyzes the survival predicament, inheritance and activation of folk sports culture in the ethnic minority villages in southern Jiangxi, in order to make the theory scientific and the practice authentic, so as to provide reference and reference for implementing the rural revitalization strategy, promoting the revitalization of rural culture, promoting rural civilization and effective governance, and establishing the spiritual pillar and guarantee of rural social harmony.
