新冠肺炎疫情期间大学生居家体育锻炼现状调查与分析

摘要 该文采用文献资料、问卷调查、数理统计等方法,对大学生疫情居家期间的认知、心理、参与度、锻炼情况及影响因素进行调查分析。研究得出,学生对居家锻炼能够产生积极影响的认知程度较高,平和的心理状态居多;随着风险等级增高,焦虑和抑郁情况递增;居家锻炼以力量及有氧健身等简单易行的运动项目为主,坚持锻炼的比例不高,运动负荷偏小,晚上锻炼的人数最多,锻炼方式多样化,且随意性大,计划性不强;网络查询、学校网课及电视媒体是知识获取的主要途径,体育网课效果不理想,锻炼的科学性有待提升;自身的锻炼兴趣和习惯是影响锻炼的主要动因,次要动因为场地、器材和氛围等客观因素。因此,建议充分发挥互联网优势,加强科学居家锻炼宣传和教育,提高学生的科学认知;积极发挥体育网课教育的主渠道作用,以及各类线上体育锻炼APP的辅助和监督作用,加强居家锻炼体育产品的设计和开发,提高居家锻炼的趣味性、实用性、智能化和安全性,促进学生体质健康水平的提升。 This paper uses the methods of literature,questionnaire and mathematical statistics to investigate and analyze college students’cognition,psychology,participation,exercise and influencing factors during the epidemic at home.The research shows that students have a high degree of cognition about the positive impact of home exercise,and most of them have a peaceful psychological state;Anxiety and depression increased with the increase of risk level;Home exercise is mainly based on simple and easy exercise items such as strength and aerobic fitness.The proportion of people who insist on exercise is not high,the exercise load is small,the number of people who exercise at night is the largest,the exercise methods are diversified,and the randomness is large,and the planning is not strong;Online inquiry,school online classes and television media are the main ways to acquire knowledge.The effect of online physical education classes is not ideal,and the scientific nature of exercise needs to be improved;Their interest and habits in exercise are the main factors that affect exercise,and the secondary factors are objective factors such as venue,equipment and atmosphere.Therefore,it is suggested to give full play to the advantages of the Internet,strengthen the propaganda and education of scientific home exercise,and improve students’scientific cognition;Actively play the role of the main channel of online physical education,as well as the auxiliary and supervisory role of various online physical training APPs,strengthen the design and development of home exercise sports products,improve the fun,practicality,intelligence and safety of home exercise,and promote the improvement of students’physical health.
