摘要 目的探究相同训练时间、相同训练量不同训练手段的长期游泳运动对大学生执行功能和心肺功能的影响,为医疗康复治疗和体育教育实践活动提供参考依据。方法选取60名大学生(年龄(20±2)岁,男女各30人)作为实验对象,随机分为3组,分别为HIIT组、MICT组、CON组,每组各20人,进行为期12周每周4次的游泳运动干预,实验前后进行执行功能和心肺功能测试。HIIT组进行30 min,不低于85%HRmax的强度完成8×50 m自由泳训练;MICT游泳训练组进行30 min,以≥60%HRmax且≤80%HRmax的强度完成400 m自由泳训练;CON对照组不进行任何游泳运动干预。结果运动干预后3组受试者在抑制功能方面反应时均有不同幅度上升,说明抑制功能有所下降,但数据下降幅度很小不具有统计学意义(P>0.05)。在刷新功能方面,3组受试者反应时均有不同幅度下降,MICT组运动干预效果好于HIIT组和CON组。HIIT组和MICT组对转换功能有一定的积极影响,但与CON组相比没有显著差异。结论12周的HIIT和MICT游泳运动对大学生执行功能和心肺功能均有积极影响。MICT游泳运动能改善大学生的刷新功能。 Objective To explore the effects of long-term swimming with the same training time,the same training amount and different training methods on executive function and cardiopulmonary function of college students,so as to provide reference for medical rehabilitation treatment and physical education practice activities.Methods 60college students(age(20±2)years old,30 men and 30 women)were randomly divided into 3 groups,namely HIIT group,MICT group and CON group,with 20 people in each group.They conducted swimming intervention four times a week for 12 weeks.Before and after the experiment,executive function and cardiopulmonary function were tested.30 min in HIIT group,no less than 85%HRmax×50 m freestyle training;MICT swimming training group carried out 400m freestyle training with an intensity of≥60%HRmax and≤80%HRmax for 30 minutes;CON control group did not receive any swimming intervention.Results After the exercise intervention,the three groups of subjects showed different increases in the inhibition function,indicating that the inhibition function had decreased,but the data decline was small and not statistically significant(P>0.05).In terms of refresh function,the reaction time of subjects in the three groups decreased by different extents,and the effect of exercise intervention in MICT group was better than that in HIIT group and CON group.HIIT group and MICT group had some positive effects on conversion function,but there was no significant difference compared with CON group.Conclusion 12weeks of HIIT and MICT swimming exercise have positive effects on executive function and cardiopulmonary function of college students.MICT swimming can improve the refreshing function of college students.
