摘要
为充分发挥中波广播发射机的应用价值,对我国广播电视行业发展起到良好的促进作用,认真做好中波广播发射机运行故障维修工作的提议,进而增强发射机的抗干扰能力,最大限度地提升其运行安全性与可靠性。首先,阐述中波广播发射机的工作原理;其次,列举其常见的故障问题,包括发射机功率异常、缓冲放大器异常、模块插座异常,分析其具体成因;最后,探究并总结几种切实可行的维护技术,如外观检查、定期除尘、定期检查、定时更换元器件和接线端子、加大设备维护力度等,以供同行参考借鉴。
In order to give full play to the application value of the medium wave radio transmitter and play a good role in promoting the development of China’s Radio and television industry,a proposal is made to do a good job in the operation fault maintenance of the medium wave radio transmitter,so as to enhance the anti-interference ability of the transmitter and maximize its operation safety and reliability.Firstly,the working principle of medium wave broadcasting transmitter is described;Secondly,it lists the common fault problems,including transmitter power anomaly,buffer amplifier anomaly,module socket anomaly,and analyzes the specific causes;Finally,explore and summarize several practical maintenance technologies,such as appearance inspection,regular dedusting,regular inspection,regular replacement of components and terminals,and increased equipment maintenance for reference of peers.
