摘要
Adropin是一种新型能量动态平衡调节因子,在调节胰岛素的敏感性,改善胰岛素抵抗和调节血脂方面起一定作用。Adropin可能在心血管疾病的发生和发展中起一定的调节和预测作用。动脉粥样硬化、冠心病、心力衰竭、高血压、心房颤动、糖尿病心肌病变等均与Adropin的表达情况存在一定关联,且Adropin在心血管疾病中起保护作用。Adropin的血管内皮保护作用和抗炎作用是心血管保护作用的可能机制。
Adropin is a new energy homeostasis regulator,which plays a role in regulating insulin sensitivity,ameliorating insulin resistance and improving blood lipid.Clinical studies have shown that Adropin may play a regulatory and predictive role on the development and progression of cardiovascular disease.Atherosclerosis,coronary heart disease,heart failure,hypertension,atrial fibrillation and diabetic cardiomyopathy are all associated with the expression of Adropin,and most studies have confirmed the protective role of Adropin in cardiovascular disease.Adropin may be the possible mechanism of cardiovascular protection by endothelial protection and anti-inflammatory effect。
