摘要
目的 采用Meta分析系统评价针刺疗法在骨科术后镇痛中的有效性及安全性。方法 检索中国期刊全文数据库(CNKI)、中国生物医学文献数据库(CBM)、维普中文科技期刊数据库、万方数据库、PubMed、EMbase和Cochrane Library,选择符合纳入及排除标准的文献,整理相关数据后,采用RevMan5.3软件进行Meta分析。结果 共纳入20篇相关文献的1 333例患者。Meta分析结果显示,两组的有效率比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.0001)。两组术后2、12 h的视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);术后4、6 h,两组的VAS评分比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组的术后镇痛持续时间比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.0001)。两组术后0~12、12~24、24~36、36~48 h的镇痛药用量比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。两组的不良反应发生率比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.0001)。结论 针刺疗法是一种相对安全且辅助镇痛效果较好的干预措施。
Objective Meta-analysis was used to systematically evaluate the efficacy and safety of acupuncture in postoperative analgesia in orthopedics department.Methods China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI),Chinese BioMedical Literature Database(CBM),Weipu Chinese Science and Technology Journal Database,Wanfang Database,PubMed,EMbase and Cochrane Library were searched.The literatures that met the inclusion and exclusion criteria were selected.After sorting out the relevant data,RevMan5.3 software was used for Meta-analysis.Results A total of 1333 patients were included in 20 related literatures.The results of Meta-analysis showed that there was significant difference in the effective rate between the two groups(P<0.0001).There was no significant difference in Visual Analogue Score(VAS)score between the two groups at 2 and 12 h after operation(P>0.05);At 4 and 6 h after operation,the VAS score of the two groups was significantly different(P<0.05).There was significant difference in the duration of postoperative analgesia between the two groups(P<0.0001).There was no significant difference in the dosage of analgesics between the two groups at 0-12,12-24,24-36 and 36-48 h after operation(P>0.05).There was significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P<0.0001).Conclusion Acupuncture therapy is a relatively safe and effective intervention for adjuvant analgesia.
